Blended Learning Model:
Online Learning Platform: We provide unlimited access to a comprehensive, web-based curriculum that allows staff to learn at their own pace. This model accommodates both existing and newly hired staff members, ensuring continuous professional development throughout the year.
In-Person Training: We conduct a series of interactive workshops and hands-on training sessions.

Documentation improvement techniques, including best practices for inpatient and outpatient settings.
Effective communication between providers, CDI specialists, and coding staff.

MS-DRG assignment, quality measures, and reimbursement impact.
Continuous Education and Support:
Our training is not limited to initial sessions; we offer ongoing support and education for all staff throughout the term of the contract. This includes refresher courses, webinars, and periodic knowledge updates to ensure staff remains well-informed of any changes in coding and documentation guidelines.
Follow-up Training and Performance Monitoring:
We work with team members to evaluate the effectiveness of the training through audits, case mix index improvements, and performance assessments.
We provide monthly and quarterly reports that provide feedback to track improvements in documentation and coding practices, including any identified deficiencies and corrective action plans.
